I'm new to Zabbix and making my first post here. I'm looking for guidance on configuring a tile in my Zabbix dashboard to turn red when no data is coming from a switch. Currently, if the device loses connection, the tile displays the last active poll time instead of indicating a connection loss. I've attached two screenshots below.
Is there a way to set up the tile to detect when the switch is disconnected, display "No data," and turn the tile red?
