Pfsense SMNP template does not support current DHCP backend

PfSense switched a while ago to use Kea DHCP as the default backend instead of ISC DHCP, but the template has not been updated.

This results in a alert "DHCP server is not running".


This same issue was reported by another user earlier this year:

I'm not smart enough to fix the template myself; maybe someone could update the template?
