Have granular control over what each role can see and do

Maybe can be useful to get more control about what things can do or see any role (user, guest, admin) I mean, yes, I can change some things in "User role" for "User role", but if I want to (for example):

• Show in map only problems for a host that the User doesn't has permission to that host. He can't change anything in that host but can see if is available or not
• Manipulate just certain things in a template
• Manipulate just certain things in a host

I did it by changing source code, but would be better if we can have a granular control over what each role can do or see.
