Please remove this feature.
It is misleading, and as far as I can tell, mostly useless.
I finally had to go into the database after sentting repeats to 100. Everyone was getting paged after a trigger was activated and we couldn't get the alerts to stop.
I think this fixed it.
update alerts set status=1;
I'll never enable repeats again.
