Some suggestions...
1. Uses of checkbox to add multiple items on a graph (instead one by one)
2. A dropdown to select an "application group" in the trigger overview (and specially on the screeen cell configuration)
3. A way to configure "trigger overVIEW" informations displayed (I dont want to see all my triggers, but only triggers for specifics "application group")
4. Auto "sort order" increment when a new item is inserted in a graph (instead 0)
5. Use "mytitle (1h history)" instead "myhost.com:mytitle ( 1h history )". I have items and 6 hosts in the graph, why use the first in the title ?
6. Some parameters to configure zabbix UI colors
