One thing I find difficult is the way the columns are laid out on the Latest data and other pages. Maybe these columns could be created in a way that they are either adjustable, or conform to longer strings of data that are presented by the information that is gathered in the agent.
A way to copy this data out (maybe export the entries) to another program might be beneficial. For example, exporting to Excel or some other tabular format could assist in the creation of other graphs and charts for IT Admins to use when presenting to upper management.
