Hello there,
In our organisation we use Zabbix for a while now. It is great tool to monitor our 265 network-clusters in the Netherlands, but it's taking to much time to act on all triggers.
Everyday someone is assigned to response on the triggers that Zabbix is giving, besides their normal job as second-line support. The problem is that he or she have to lay down his/her normal job as second-line support to react on a trigger of zabbix. Because of that his/her work on second-line support can’t be completed.
This problem can be solved by hiring a new employee, but with the labour-shortage and the rising economy in the Netherlands, it is very difficult.
I'm curious about how the tasks of Zabbix are managed in other organisations.
