Import template & UTF-8 error on 1.6

Hi,

I've import problem with Zabbix 1.6...
it seem that it doesn't support UTF8 chars in import:

XML error: Invalid character at line 40
(it's a 'é' char on a label !!!)

I've believe that 1.6 web interface has full support of UTF-8 ??
It's a bug or it's not yet implemented ?
