SMS sent 1 time and receive several times

Hi,
I'm testing SMS alarms with a USB Modem
I receive SMS but always several SMS are sent and receive for each alarm. I can see an error in Zabbix monitoring actions :
Expected [+CMGS: ] received []

Who can help me? What can I do to send and receive just 1 SMS for 1 alarm?
