web monitoring using Zabbix

Hi,

Is it possible to monitor web site (like www.yahoo.com, www.amazon.com) using zabbix?

1. Installation Zabbix OK
2. What are the steps do we need to setup once login Zabbix home page ?

Assume scenario like..

1. Login amazon.com
2. select Item
3. Add Billing with Credit Card
4. Logout

Please help me the steps to go for ?
