Trigger expression Problem

What is wrong with this:

{Windows.Base:disktotal[c:].last(0)}-{Windows.Base:diskused[c:].last(0)}<500M

I keep getting [ERROR:Invalid trigger expression] however if I use the + or / it all comes out ok. any ideas?
