[1.6.6] Bug in frontend / graph of historical data

Hi

the graph in the frontend looks like (see attachment).
However, all the values are shown as Up (1).

Is this a bug or a feature ?

Update: No values in the database are greater than 1 !
Update 2: No problem in 1.6.5
