I am trying to get IT Services defined in order to meet a request for QOS reporting. I was able to define the services in a number of ways, but none of them returned anything but 100% OK, regardless of the underlying trigger status or value. While this made the reporting look great 
, it's not the story that needs to be told.
The manual shows essentially nothing on this topic, and I would love to make this a real part of the infrastructure. What am I missing?
