We have zabbix 1.8.2 on ubuntu server 9.10 everything works.
I got a new gsm modem bandluxe C170 (USB). firstly I was not able to get it into ubuntu and using usb_modeswitch somehow I got it.
tested with minicom I am able to send the messages.
but at the same time with zabbix I was not. so I added zabbix user to dialout and its kind worked for me but I receive 3 smses for each event. even for recovery I get the same message (recovery message is different).
Also, note that the usb that I am using, it creates 3 ttyUSB(0-2) is this the reason why I am receiving 3 messages.
please guide me.
I want sms to work with escalations, hopefully single sms for each event and recovery messages.
