dynamic index/trigger help

I am trying to setup a dynamic index to monitor if a process is running or not.

For example, i want to see
hrSWRunPath", "/usr/sbin/apache2" value exists. If it does not exist then trigger an alert.

I am having a problem setting up a trigger any help would be much appreciated.
