Log File Monitoring issue

Hello,

I need to monitoring a logfile application in my linux with 1.8.3 environment. According with the documentation I have implemented something like this:

log["/tmp/verify_out.log","Error 100",,100]

I have configured the agent as Zabbix Agent Active. Zabbix user have right to manage this file. File and error already exist. But I am getting an error Zbx_not supported.

Any thoughts?
