Cannot delete item (Templated item)

I created a new template and moved and item from another template to this one. After I did this, the item stuck with a host and I cannot remove it. I get the error:

Item 'myhost:Number of running processes zabbix_server' Cannot delete item (Templated item)

I checked the host and there are no linked templates. The template that the item is listed under doesn't have the host listed either.

Any ideas before I delete the new group and item? Seems like this could be a bug. Not sure what I might be doing wrong.
