Action send email, just the "OK" (return of problem)

Although the action set to send the "problem" and the return of
status to "OK", only the return message with "OK" is sent.

In the dashboard I see the number of "actions" increasing and such ... but
email is not sent at all.

The problem is not sending emails, definitely. The return email is sent when OK.
