Access of graphs and screens are too slow with unprivileged user

Folks,

How can performance change just switching the user?

We add several graphs/screens on zabbix server and now, an unprivileged user takes a very long time to access the graphs/screens and an zabbix super admin user access the screens instantly.

How can performance change just switching the user?
