installed appliance, configured network settings in yast and after reboot, changed

Hello All,

I installed Zabbix appliance as a VM. I went into Yast, changed the hostname, static IP, etc. and applied the settings. Then I exited yast and the settings seemed to stick, but then after rebooting my system it reverted everything back to defaults. Any idea what I'm doing incorrectly?
