snmptt : value of item = unknown

I try to monitor Symantec System Recovery. I let the server send snmpt traps and we installed snmptt on zabbix.


I receive the items:
Thu Jul 5 16:02:49 2012 UNKNOWN::.iso event. ".General" 172.16.10.151 - 172.16.10.151

I did
snmpttconvertmib --in=/usr/share/mibs/netsnmp/SSR-MIB.mib --out=/etc/snmp/snmptt.conf --net_snmp_perl

so snmpttconvertmib added to the snmptt.conf:
MIB: BESR-MIB (file:/usr/share/mibs/netsnmp/SSR-MIB.mib) converted on Thu Jul 5 15:40:31 2012 using snmpttconvertmib v1.3

And SSR-MIB is the mib from Symantec
It gives no errors when I performed snmpttconvertmib . But still UNKNOWN when showing last data

What do I wrong??
