Hi All,
I think a few of you have come across my now quite old blog post at http://slog.carlheaton.co.uk/index.p...rver-5-6-dom0/ which really needs to be updated for the later XenServer versions but I'm having real problems getting it to work under XenServer 6.0.2 as follows:
# uname -a
Linux xen4.blah.ext 2.6.32.12-0.7.1.xs6.0.2.542.170665xen #1 SMP Tue Jan 17 15:14:24 EST 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
# /usr/local/sbin/zabbix_agentd -V
Zabbix Agent (daemon) v2.0.2 (revision 29214) (31 July 2012)
Compilation time: Aug 7 2012 15:18:16
# /usr/local/sbin/zabbix_agentd
zabbix_agentd: daemon.c:250: daemon_start: Assertion `0' failed.
Also:
# /usr/sbin/zabbix_agentd -V
Zabbix Agent (daemon) v1.8.3 (revision 13928) (16 August 2010)
Compilation time: Aug 21 2010 01:53:45
# /usr/sbin/zabbix_agentd
zabbix_agentd: daemon.c:205: daemon_start: Assertion `0' failed.
It doesn't matter if I download any of the pre-compiled stable Linux versions for different Kernels or try making it from source, same damn Assertion 0 failed error.
Any ideas please?
Thankyou,
carl^
