Hi everyone, i´m facing a rare problem using web monitoring. I'm monitoring a web service in our Production environment and it works fine. The thing is when I want to monitor the same web service which is in a diferent network segment it doesn't work. I use the "Requiered" parameter in ten step but an error arises saying "the page didn't math".
I test it using cUrl and works fine. I configured another web service in the same environment (testing) and doesn't work too.
Any ideas to solve it?
