Not looking for a full answer but more some guidance on how to troubleshoot.
I hosts that are linked to two templates sets. Each templates has their own items and triggers.
I also have a few actions. I have one action that is firing a message when as far as I can see it shouldn't.
The first action conditions are based upon:
Status: PROBLEM
A Host Group Match
A Severity of Average Match
The Second Action is:
Status: Problem
A Host Group Match ( a different one ).
A Severity of High Match
A Trigger Like "Name of Trigger" Match.
the Second action is firing, when as far as I can check and double check it shouldn't.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this kind of thing? is there a way to see the conditions sent to an action etc etc.
