OK, I am new to Zabbix. Trying to retire a Nagios monitoring system. Zabbix is far more robust in its reporting and more sensitive to outages, which we like quite a bit!
I am trying to find out the best way to see if a maintenance window/period is active. In Nagios, when device was in maintenance, there was a very clear icon on several pages that would demonstrate that it was currently under a maintenance widow and not sending alerts.
Is there something similar in Zbbix? On the main monitoring page it says active vs expired, but that is not the same. The state being Active, does not mean that the period is in fact with holding alerts. It does not mean that there is an active "period" in place.
Am I missing something or does it not exist in that sense?
