I have a Zabbix server at a location A and location B there is a zabbix proxy and agent. I configure the proxy in the config files and on the server in the webinterface. I configure the proxy server as a host and in the host overview at the availability column the Z is red and gives the following error.
Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call
I already check if the traffic is blocked somewhere and this is not the case. I checked the logging on the server and the proxy system.
On the server:
zabbix_server.log - no issues reported
On the proxy system:
zabbix_agentd.log no issues reported
zabbix_proxy.log no issues reported
I check if I could ping the both systems from each other and that is OK. I checked if on the proxy system if the proxy and agent are running and if I did a telnet to proxy system on port 10050 and 10051 from the server and I get response back.
And I also checked the config files, but nothing weird can be found here, most is default.
So any one who have an idea how to solve this issue?
