action not working!

i've just upgraded to 1.1_beta12 but seems that all the actions

Trigger == "My Trigger"

doens't works!

example

Trigger = "Syslog-NG"
the trigger returns true when
{OpenSBSroc.num[syslog-ng].last(0)}<1

if i kill syslog-ng, the trigger turns ON, but no action is started!
this was not fixed in 1.1_beta12??? i've upgraded/patched the sql, php pages, zabbix_server and zabbix_agentd on my remote hosts.
