I am monitoring a remove environment where there are frequent connection losses, so I have deployed Zabbix Proxy on the other end.
I have created a calculated item on a virtual (non existent) host that sums the values received from the remote hosts.
This works fine while the proxy connection is OK and the items are being updated in real time, however, if I have a connection loss and my data is populated later, it does not reflect on the calculated item data, that will be displayed as zeroes in the period that the proxy wasn't reachable.
Is there workaround for this matter?
