Hello, After upgrading to Zabbix 2.2.0 from 2.0.2 I have noticed a dramatic decline in server performance. The frontend is much slower and takes up to 20 seconds to load host information when switching between groups. Also my queues have backed up substantially.
Environment: Zabbix 2.2.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 with MySQL 5.5.34
Here is a 14-day graph of the queues, the upgrade was done 7 days ago when the queues substantially increased.
Prior to upgrade: Queue around 125 items average
Following upgrade: Approx. 22,000 items average
Internal processes are all under 5% busy.
Data gathering processes are all under 10% busy.
Cache usage no less than 80% free.
513 Hosts
37,900 Items
14,000 triggers
347 new values/sec.
The majority on monitoring is performed by proxies.
Any suggestions on where to look next would be appreciated.
