Today I encountered a false positive alarm from zabbix. I see a following event in history

However, when I look at the history, minimum, maximum and average are all 1 in the graph for days. When I looked at the values, I see
I look rather dumb and it's quite embarrassing as the customer confronted me having access to data above...
Can anyone please tell me, why did the trigger activate?
