User groups does not update permissions

Hello,
I'm trying to change the permissions of user group called "Guests" from

All groups	None

to

(vm)	Read

Every time i'm adding new permission that page is refreshing, going back to the url
/zabbix/usergrps.php?ddreset=1

and the permissions are not updated.
