I'm having an odd issue with net.tcp.service[smtp] on Zabbix 2.4.1.
For some reason the SMTP service on a remote server is now showing as Down (0), even though the service is up and contactable by both the agent and the zabbix server.
Running zabbix_get -s server.example.com -k net.tcp.service[smtp] returns, so it looks like net.tcp.service is working fine.
The 'Last check' field is updating for the item, so it looks as though it's still running successfully - just getting different data than zabbix_get returns.
I've restarted both the agent and server processes - no change.
I'm not sure how to debug this - anyone have any suggestions?
