Disable Auto-Close Problems | Not Worked

Hi All,

I have a trigger with name "Zabbix agent is unreachable for 5 minutes", I checked "Allow manual close" on it's configuration.
but if I try to close the problem it shows grayed "close problem" and I can't do that.
