Auto registration no IP or DNS set

I've got some Windows systems that when they autoregister, they don't save the IP or DNS, IP is 0.0.0.0, dns is blank, but the host name is correct. Proxy/server are 2.4.2, agent varies, but 2.2.5 has both worked and failed.

Any ideas?
