I configured a zabbix trigger based on last seen of my proxies. the issue is that I have two media types (webhook to mattermost and sms based on Amazon SNS) normally i recieve the notification in two media types flawlessly when i have a problem in a machine. but when a probleme occure on the proxy i receive the SMS and not the webhook mattermost notification. what confuse is that the webhook doesnt appear in the list of action to do when the problem is in the proxy. like if it's not configured to send Mattermost in this case.
i use Zabbix server 5.0 with a mariahdb backend.
