can we get availability report in time in zabbix?

Hi,
i use zabbix 4.4.0 and it is so important for me to have unavailability of some items in minute. we have percentage of unavailability but when i change the percentage to minute it gives me wrong values.
is there any chance?
any help will be appreciated...
