I have an Ubunti Server with Zabbix Server 3.4.6.
It worked perfectly fine up until today.
No longer.
After noon today on the 26th it keeps stopping. First I thought it was empty space issue but apparently there's plenty of space, many GBs.
The site itself works fine but throws Zabbix agent on xxxx server - is unreachable for 10 minutes and it's thrown for ALL hosts. They come up fine at first and keep updating for a while then after about 20 mins
all server switch to this status.
In the MYSQL log I see 'aborted connection x to db: Zabbix' user: 'zabbix' host 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets) after about 20 mins.
Not much else is shown. If I reset the server OR even just the Zabbix service, then it comes back up and works again for about 20 mins.
Obviously, I have tried to restart the server. Won't change anything. It has the same effect as the service restart.
I have not changed any configuration at all so I cannot even fathom why it would suddenly work differently.
Any ideas please?
