Zabbix deamon dies afters 10seconds - Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Hi!

I have strange problem.
I installed zabbix 2.4 on Ubuntu 14.04.2 .
It was working just fine (configured for several cisco switches, several window servers etc.) and suddenly zabbix servers started to stop.
While apache daemon is always running, zabbix daemon just stops.
There is big red notification in the guid: "Zabbix server is not running: the information displayed may not be current"

Any help?
