Zabbix Proxy - One child process died after adding some more hosts

Hi,

How is this best troubleshooted, this started as soon as I set more hosts to be monitored by the proxy and doing a cache reload to get the new information from the Zabbix Server?

PID of stuck process changes on every zabbix-proxy start attempt (exitcode/signal:1)

Or maybe is there a way to reset the database (I mean the hosts being monitored on the Zabbix-Proxy) ?
