Expected Behavior during primary dns outage

Hi All,
maybe this is not an error, but I would like to know the expected behavior of Zabbix 4.0 server during a Primary DNS outage

my zabbix server /etc/resolv.conf is:

options rotate attempts:1 timeout:2
domain mydomain.it
search mydomain.it
nameserver 192.168.1.10
nameserver 192.168.1.11
nameserver 192.168.1.6

I made a wrong operation on 192.168.1.10 after adding e secondary disk,
after some minutes I got zabbix trigger e-mail storming

I supposed that 192.168.1.11 should be used for resolving names during outage,
maybe there is sometging wrong with my config.
