Zabbix upgrade from 5.0 to 5.4 along with migration from RHEL7 to RHEL8

I have Zabbix 5.0 running on RHEL7. I am planning to upgrade it to Zabbix 5.4.1 on RHEL8.

What is the best approach to achieve the task?
