    No emails after deleting user.

    The last emails we received were right before I deleted a user from the Zabbix administrators group and created two new accounts and added them to it. So these have separate accounts.
    The user Admin's media types is configured to send emails but does not send any them any more.
    As an experiment I also setup the media type of one of the new accounts to send emails also. I then created a new host that will trigger an email because the ping will fail since it does not exist which used to send an email. No email and no sound either. Stumped.

    "cannot connect to SMTP server "mail.ptera.net": cannot connect to [[mail.ptera.net]:25]: [101] Network is unreachable"
    The event details says can not find mail.ptera.net network unreachable and yet when I ping and nslookup from the server...
    > nslookup mail.ptera.net

    Here is the problem and I do not know how to fix. I fixed the ipv6 address lookup by adding the ipv6 AAAA record for the email server to our DNS. However zabbix stops at the refusal to connect to the IPV6 and does not go on to try the IPV4 address to connect. Here is the result using telnet from the zabbix server.

    [root@zabbix ~]# telnet mail.ptera.net 25
    Trying 2604:3b80:0:32::18...
    telnet: connect to address 2604:3b80:0:32::18: Connection refused
    Trying 69.28.32.18...
    Connected to mail.ptera.net.
    Escape character is '^]'.
    220 12A-mail.ptera.net NO UCE ESMTP
    QUIT
    221 2.0.0 Bye
    Connection closed by foreign host.
