count() based trigger expression doesn't seem to evaluate

I have an item that checks for a certain process and it is updated every 120 seconds. Associated trigger is

{server:proc.num[,assp,,assp.pl].count(360,0,"lt")}>2

which I read as "Generate an alert if at least two or more values found equal 0, or less, within last 360 seconds".

Assuming this is a correct interpretation of the trigger expression.. it never generated an alert. This is the period when 0 processes were found during which no PROBLEM event was generated:

Everything seem correct but am I missing something here?
