Setup: Zabbix Proxy Server on Windows Server 2019 using Ubuntu 20.04 WSL via Powershell

So trying to figure out this install (Zabbix Proxy Server) using Windows 2019 Server.
Wanted to use the Powershell install of Ubuntu 20.04 WSL
Tried to follow: How to install Zabbix Proxy on Windows received a few errors...
Wanted to see if anyone has errors or any luck setting one up?
