Using macros to get host IP for JSONPath PreProcessing?

Hello there.

I currently have a item that gets MAC address from some hosts, and i want to populate this using JSONPath.
The problem is that when i use built-in macros or user macros even, zabbix doesnt get the IP...

If i write the ip on the macro field, it works like a charm.
Please, how can i populate this macro with the host ip address?
