Hello all,
I'm currently working with some data pulled from our Zabbix 5.4.9 server, specifically data from the billing module via the API endpoint bills/{billid}/graphdata/bits?from={starttime}&to={endtime}. I was under the impression that the 'tick' interval for this data should be approximately 5 minutes, and this is true for the majority of the samples, however every 5-10 ticks there seems to be some sort of double sampling where the ticks will go 12:18am, 12:23am, then 12:23:16am, then back to 5 minute intervals. I also noted a number of 0 values in the 'in_data' and 'out_data' that we currently can't explain, could this be related?
I can't seem to find any true regular pattern to this issue and I'm new to working with Zabbix so I may be misinterpreting the data retrieved from the billing module.
Is the timing pattern described here expected behavior? or could we have an issue with our billing/network setup? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.
