Item: Calculated value - 60 seconds, always 0

I have a very interesting problem, I have created two calculated items and the 60 second or 1min value always stays zero, If I change the formula from: count(Approved, 60) to count(Approved, 120) I get a value.

I have create a clone of the 1min item and made it a 5min item.

The 5min one works 100%, but not the 1min item.

I really hope somebody have resolved the problem.
