New Zabbix 3.0.1 install, Web button problems

Hello and thanks for the help ahead of time.


I have a new install and in the web UI, I cannot click on anything but monitoring. Clicking on inventory, reports, configuration, or Admin does not work. The status, dashboard just spins also, and clicking on maps crashes IE.

Here is my setup
zabbix 3.0.1
rhel6.7
db2 10.5
php 5.4
IE 10

How do I start debugging a problems like this? Do I upgrade php?
