Disabled Media type but Zabbix still trying to send action

I have a bunch of stuck Issues which won't go away. I've acknowledged and resolved them but it seems they have a bunch of outstanding Actions to send Jabber alerts against them.

I'd disabled Jabber under Administration > Media Types a month back but the Actions still stay. Any tips on clearing them and ensuring they don't try and send Jabber alerts again?
