I'm dealing with a problem to which I can't find any similar situation here, so maybe you guys could help me with this.
We'd been runing Zabbix 4.0 on a RHEL7 machine and it was all happiness. But for security reasons we decided to upgrade our version to Zabbix 6.0 LTS.
So made a database backup from this current Zabbix version on RHEL7 and then got an additional machine with RHEL8. Here we would be deploying the new Zabbix 6.0 LTS version.
Installed Zabbix 6.0 LTS and then restored the Zabbix 4.0 backup on this new machine. After the restore, we got some charset and collation errors, which apparently we could fix, changing the chatset and collation of the tables.
Now, apparently, we got the server up and running. Can login as Admin via WebUI, seems the database was, apparently, recovered since I can see the hosts & trigers we had before.
Problem comes when I start moving around the WebUI, I can see the dashboard and maps are not displaying anything, I can't create a new map because there are fields I click them and nothing happens. I can't even go "Back" from the dashboard. There are also other menus that I think information is missing for some reason.
Also there are lot of buttons that do nothing when I click them, for example if I click "Sign out" it does nothing, the page doesn't update(although the browser bar do change i.e. to https://czcholstc003280/zabbix/toptriggers.php#signout )
So is like the frontend is not responding to quite a lot buttons, not displaying all the data and I'm not sure what is failing...
Do you have any insight for this? I would highly appreciate the help.
